Dexter McCarty Middle School Presentation

One of the greatest joys we experience in this work is watching the change that happens in the hearts and minds of young people during our Africa Village Presentation. This class presentation was planned with help from Isabelle Lara, a 7th grader at Dexter McCarty Middle School and her teacher Jeanette Tursi.Isabelle called me a few days after our presentation to share her excitement that they had raised enough money for a few desks and a concrete floor for one of the village primary schools, "It feels so good to be involved with something that really matters."
