Job Opening
This is a full-time role for a Senior Director of Operations on site in Taru, Kenya. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include implementing operational strategies, analyzing performance data, and leading initiatives to drive organizational success.


Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or management related course work (Bachelor of Business Administration, or BCOM-HR Or Strategic management).
2. At least three years of related nonprofit experience.
3. Understanding of business functions, strategic planning, and reporting.
4. Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
5. Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
